Service fees will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be specified in your individual contract. All fees are subject to applicable VAT. Late payment charges may apply as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after appropriate notice.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose your personal or financial information except as required by law, with your explicit consent, or as necessary to provide agreed services (such as communicating with creditors on your behalf).
